Who Is Candyma’am?

Janelle Unrau jumped off the executive hamster wheel and into candy head first. She has studied intensively with the French trained and credentialed Christian Faure, M.O.F. She further honed her skills in the laboratory of world-famous Columbian innovator, Melissa Coppel and benefits from personal coaching from Chef Philippe Vancayseele Director, Chocolate Academy Montreal.

Janelle makes individually painted and handcrafted chocolate bonbons and barks in small batches using sustainably sourced chocolate and local ingredients when possible.
